Registered Clinical Counsellors are usually recognized by most major insurance providers through extended benefits. However, its best to check directly with your provider to confirm whether counselling is a covered benefit under your insurance plan.

Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee.

The intake session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine how therapy can best support your goals. During this initial meeting, we’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss any specific challenges or questions you may have, and talk about your hopes for the therapeutic process. Together, we'll start laying the foundation for a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and attuned to your unique needs.

A consultation call is a brief, no-cost phone or video conversation to help us determine if we’re a good fit to work together. During this 15-20 minute call, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, share a bit about what brings you to therapy, and learn about my approach. Since therapy can be a costly endeavor, It’s a helpful first step to ensure you feel comfortable and supported before starting your therapeutic journey.
